  • Builders Showcase Interiors is committed to provide homebuyers with the best flooring, counter, wall and window covering products on the market today along with professional design assistance to create a living environment best suited to your personal taste and lifestyle. Builders Showcase Interiors selection of products is the result of the relentless pursuit of affordable quality.

  • In the event a warranty claim arises, immediately notify Builders Showcase Interiors. All claims must be evaluated by an authorized claims representative of Builders Showcase Interiors.

  • Builders Showcase Interiors will at its option, at no cost to homebuyer, repair, re-finish, re-surface, re-stretch or replace the area of flooring determined to be defective or otherwise covered by our vendors, manufacturers, suppliers and or distributors warranties.

  • Builders Showcase Interiors will not be responsible for improper use, maintenance, accidents, negligence of others, plumbing failures, infestation damage, or natural disasters.

  • All other oral, written, expressed, and implied warranties are disclaimed, the goods are sold without warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. Builders Showcase Interiors shall not be responsible for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages under any legal theory. Builders Showcase Interior's liability shall not exceed the reasonable cost to repair or replace the defective product.

  • BUILDERS SHOWCASE INTERIORS warrants that the labor to install all of your products will not, under normal conditions, experience an installation failure caused by our labor for five years from the date of installation. Builders Showcase Interiors installers follow professional trade practices. Builders Showcase Interior's labor shall be free from installations defects.

  • We understand that the floor covering you chose for its aesthetics and design appeal, must also stand up to the realities of economy and performance. We carry the most advanced vendors that match beauty, with quality and durability. Floor coverings whose style is as innovative and as relevant to today's needs as can be found anywhere in the world.

  • The continued performance of the products you selected will be determined by their maintenance. As a homeowner you are responsible for all maintenance of your new flooring, counter, and window covering products. Failure to follow proper maintenance will void all warranties. Proper maintenance is defined in your manufacturer's warranty and care instructions. Some key maintenance tips: Vacuum at least once a week. Dirt, pebbles, sand and sharp objects will damage all floor covering. Wipe up spills of liquid and food immediately. Never wet mop any wood floor or laminate floor. Use felt and pressure disbursement floor protectors under all furniture and appliances. Periodically clean and replace floor protectors used on chairs and tables. Use rugs and mates near all points of entry into your home. Pets may cause damage to all floor coverings. Use window coverings that either filter or prevent direct sunlight on your floors. Keep your home interior in a temperature range of 60 to 75 degrees and a relative humidity range of 35% to 55%. Variances from these temperature and humidity ranges may likely produce adverse results.
